Your Health History & Intake Paperwork
Your intake paperwork is thorough by design. It covers your family health history, personal medical history, and current health habits. Some conditions have a hereditary component — but that doesn’t mean they can’t be effectively addressed with chiropractic care. Understanding your full background allows Dr. Kline to provide the most accurate diagnosis and personalized care plan possible.
Examination & Imaging
Depending on the nature of your injury or complaint, Dr. Kline may or may not recommend X-rays. X-rays are most commonly performed on new patients or when there is a change in your condition — they give Dr. Kline a detailed view of your spinal alignment and help guide treatment decisions. Your physical examination will involve movement assessments and hands-on evaluation, allowing Dr. Kline to get a clear picture of what’s happening in your body.
Your Consultation with Dr. Kline

Ongoing Care & Follow-Up Visits
After your first visit, you’ll return for a report of findings — a dedicated appointment where Dr. Kline goes deeper into your diagnosis and the recommended course of care. This visit typically takes 30 to 45 minutes. Subsequent follow-up visits are generally around 30 minutes and are designed to be efficient and convenient. What happens during my first visit at Kline Chiropractic & Wellness?

Bring your insurance card, a photo ID, and your completed intake forms if you printed them in advance. If you have recent imaging (X-rays, MRI), bring those as well. You can download forms from our Online Forms page.
Will I need X-rays at my first chiropractic visit?
Not necessarily. X-rays are recommended for new patients when clinically appropriate or when there is a notable change in your condition. Dr. Kline will determine during your examination whether imaging is needed to guide your care.
Is the examination uncomfortable?
